Cylinder Head
NOTE: Head bolts are reusable
Cylinder HeadTighten the
cylinder head bolts with the plain washers in several steps as following order.
NOTE: -
In assembling washers, the marked surface should face upward.

In installing the
cylinder head bolts, apply engine oil on the thread of the bolts and the surface of the washers.
Tightening torque
24.5 Nm (2.5 kgf.m, 18.1 lb-ft) + 60° + 45°
