Repair Procedure
Removal
1. Remove the HO2S (Bank 1 / Sensor 2) (A) from the catalytic converter (ULEV only) and remove the catalytic converter (B).
Tightening torque :
HO2S : 39.2 - 49.0N.m (4.0 - 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 - 36.2lb-ft)
Nuts : 39.2 - 49.0N.m (4.0 - 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 - 36.2lb-ft)
2. Remove the center muffler (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 - 49.0N.m (4.0 - 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 - 36.2lb-ft)
3. Remove the main muffler (A).
Tightening torque :
39.2 - 49.0N.m (4.0 - 5.0kgf.m, 28.9 - 36.2lb-ft)
