Seat Fan: Service and Repair





Removal

1. Remove the seat back cover (A).





2. Remove the blower fan (A) after removing the screws from the seat back.




3. Remove the seat cushion (A).





4. Remove the blower fan (A) after removing the rivets from the seat cushion.






Installation

1. Install the blower fan.
2. Install the seat back and cushion.

Inspection

1. Attach the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 1 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 3.
Check that the fan motor operates.









2. If the fan motor fails to operate, replace it.
