Component Inspection

1. Air-Con Pressure Transducer
(1) Connect GDS and select Oscilloscope menu.
(2) Connect probe to signal line as below :
Channel A (+): Air-Con Pressure Transducer Signal line, (-): Ground
(3) After warming up, Check signal with Air-Con working.

Specification :
A : Approx. 1.3 - 1.5V ( Idle & Air-Con OFF )
B : Above 1.5V ( Idle & Air-Con ON )








(4) Is data in accordance with specification?





(5) Return vehicle to original condition
(6) Ignition "ON" & Engine "OFF"
(7) Is the A/C compressor clutch engaged?





(8) Start the engine to normal operating temperature.
(9) Turn the A/C ON and OFF
(10) Does the A/C compressor clutch cycle ON and OFF with the selector switch?
