B1602 CAN Error - Inspection/Repair:_:W/Harness Inspection

Terminal & Connector Inspection

1. Many malfunctions in the electrical system are caused by poor harness(es) and terminals. Faults can also be caused by interference from other electrical systems, and mechanical or chemical damage.
2. Thoroughly check connectors for looseness, poor connection, bending, corrosion, contamination, deterioration, or damage.
3. Has a problem been found?






Signal Circuit Inpsection

Check CAN high circuit
1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF".
2. Connect GDS and select Scope meter fucntion.
3. Measure signal waveform of PDM CAN High line.

Specification :Refer to signal waveform and data




4. Is the measured signal waveform of CAN high circuit normal?





Check CAN Low circuit
1. IG "ON" & ENG "OFF"
2. Connect GDS and select Scope meter fucntion.
3. Measure signal waveform of PDM CAN Low line.
