REMOVE





1. Remove the front hub assembly.
2. Remove the front disc bolts.
3. Tap the disc off the front hub.

Disc Resurfacing
Check the disc thickness. This dimension may be reduced to a minimum thickness of 13 mm (0.510 in).

Material may be machined off the disc faces. On completion equal thicknesses of disc must remain each side of the vent.

REFIT
1. Locate the disc onto the front hub.
2. Fit the disc bolts. Tighten to 65-80 Nm (48-59 ft lb).
3. Using a dial indicator, check the total disc run-out, this must not exceed 0.15 mm (0.006 in). If necessary, reposition the disc.
4. Fit the front hub assembly.
