Heated Oxygen Sensor (H025) Replacement

Ongoing supplier and LRNA Rig and Vehicle tests are consistently showing a high percentage of heated oxygen sensors replaced under warranty are not defective. To avoid any of these warranty claims being rejected, please consider the information contained in the Technical Bulletin 19/01/94US.

This Bulletin identifies several points which have led to unnecessary HO2S replacement in the past and should be considered whenever diagnostic trouble codes 23, 44 or 45 are experienced.
