FRONT SEATS - FORE/AFT MOVEMENT

To: ALL RANGE ROVER DEALERS

Complaints of fore and aft movement of the front seats in relationship to the floor tracks (channels) should be addressed as follows:

1. Loosen the three (3) outboard track to floor bolts several turns.

2. Carefully push the outboard track rearward to the extent possible with the bolts in place - 0.5 to 1.0 mm.

3. While holding the track in this position, retighten the bolts to the specified torque.

4. Recheck for movement at several seating positions and repeat steps 2-4 if required.

5. If the above procedure fails to provide satisfactory results, please call the RRNA Service Department at 1-800-622-0266 for further advice.
