Brake Fluid: Service and Repair

CAUTION: Clean reservoir body and filler cap before removing the cap. Use only fluid from a sealed container. Do not over fill the reservoir

CHECK/TOP UP FLUID LEVEL
1. Park the vehicle on level ground.
2. Turn ignition ON, to activate hydraulic pump. If pump does not activate depress brake pedal several times until it is heard to operate.
3. When the pump stops, check that the level is between the MIN and MAX marks.
4. If the level is below the MIN mark top up fluid level to the MAX mark on reservoir, using the correct fluid.
