Service Repair No - 18.30.28 Removal 1.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Remove the
KS.

Disconnect the electrical connector.
^
Release the
knock sensor electrical connector retaining clips.
^
Remove the bolt.
Installation 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Clean the component mating faces.
^
Tighten the bolt to
20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
