Engine Cover

Removal
1 Disconnect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications Service and Repair
2 Remove the oil filler cap.

NOTE:
Note the fitted position of the spacers
Remove the engine cover.
- Remove the 4 nuts.
- Collect the spacers.

NOTE:
Do not disassemble further if the component is removed for access only.
Remove the acoustic pad.
- Remove the 7 clips.
- Remove the 4 mounts and compression limiters.

Installation
1 Install the acoustic pad.
- Position and secure the clips.
- Install the grommets.
- Install the compression limiters.
2 Install the engine cover.
- Install the spacers.
- Tighten the nuts to 10 Nm (7 lb.ft).
3 Connect the battery ground cable. For additional information, refer to Specifications Service and Repair
