Installation
Cold Start Injector:
- Clean intake manifold and intake air chamber of any gasket material.
- Using a new gasket, install cold start valve.
Torque value - 43 in.lbs (4.9 Nm)
Cold Start Injector Line:
- Using a new gasket, install injector supply line.
Torque value - 11 ft.lb (15 Nm)
Air Intake Chamber:
- Using a new gasket, install intake air chamber.
Torque value - 13 ft.lb (18 Nm)
- Reverse remainder of removal procedure to complete, noting the following torque values:
EGR pipe - 13 ft.lb (18 Nm)
Throttle body - 13 ft.lb (18 Nm)
