EGR Valve: Service and Repair
EGR Vacuum Hoses:
-
Disconnect vacuum hoses from
EGR.
Water Bypass Hoses:
-
Remove No. 3 and No. 4 water bypass hoses.
EGR Valve:
-
Remove mounting nuts, and remove valve and gasket.
-
Reverse procedure to install.
EGR Valve - 13 ft.lb (18 Nm)
