EGR Valve: Service and Repair
Vacuum Modulator:

Disconnect vacuum hose from EGR modulator.

Disconnect pressure hose from EGR modulator.

Disconnect
EGR temperature sensor electrical connector.
EGR Pipe:

Loosen EGR pipe.

Remove nuts, valve and gasket.

Reverse procedure to install. Use a new gasket and note the following torque values:
EGR nuts - 13 ft.lb (18 Nm) EGR pipe - 47 ft.lb (64 Nm)
