Air Flow Meter/Sensor: Service and Repair

Air Flow Meter Components:

- Disconnect negative battery terminal.

Air Cleaner Hose:

- Disconnect power steering air hose from timing belt cover.
- Disconnect No. 2 PCV hose from valve cover.

Air Flow Meter:

- Disconnect meter electrical connector.
- Remove mounting nuts.
- Remove air flow meter and gasket.
- Reverse procedure to install, using a new gasket and noting the following torque value:

Air flow meter - 7 ft.lb (10 Nm)
