Intake Manifold: Service and Repair
Component Location:
Intake Manifold 1.
Remove
intake manifold (a)
Remove the two bolts and No. 2
Idler pulley bracket stay and ground strap.
(b)
Remove the eight bolts, four nuts,
intake manifold and gasket.
2.
Install
intake manifold (a)
Install two new gaskets and the intake manifold with eight bolts and four nuts. Uniformly tighten in several passes.
Torque 18 Nm (13 ft. lbf.)
