Blower Motor: Service and Repair

BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL
1. Remove glove compartment.







2. Remove electronic control unit (ECU) and ECU bracket.







3. Remove connector bracket.
a. Disconnect the connector from the connector bracket.
b. Remove the two screws and the bracket.







4. Remove blower unit.
a. Disconnect the connectors from the blower unit.
b. Remove the three screws, one nut and the blower unit.


BLOWER UNIT INSTALLATION
1. Install blower unit.
a. Install the blower unit with the three screws an one nut.
b. Connect the connectors.

2. Install connector bracket.
3. Install ECU bracket and ECU.
4. Install glove compartment.
