Knock Sensor: Service and Repair

PROCEDURE
Removal

1. Remove power steering pump rear stay.

2. Remove Knock Sensors.
- Disconnect the knock sensor connector.
- Using Special Service Tool, remove the Knock Sensor (SST 09816-30010).

Installation

1. Reinstall Knock Sensors using Special Service Tool (SST 09816-30010).

Torque: 44 Nm (33 ft lb)

Connect the knock sensor connector.

2. Reinstall power steering pump rear stay.

Torque: 39 Nm (29 ft lb)
