Thermo Time Switch: Service and Repair

Right Side Ignition Coil:

- Drain coolant.
- Remove intake air connector pipe.
- Remove upper ignition wire cover.
- Remove engine wire covers.
- Remove upper timing belt covers.
- Remove lower ignition wire cover.
- Remove right side ignition coil.
- Disconnect time switch electrical connector.

Injector Time Switch:

- Remove time switch and gasket.
- Reverse procedure to install, using a new gasket and noting the following torque values:

Start injector time switch - 25 ft.lb (34 Nm)
Ignition coil - 25 ft.lb (34 Nm)
