Seat Temperature Switch: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION OF SEAT HEATER SWITCH
INSPECT SEAT HEATER SWITCH (Continuity)

Inspect the switch continuity between terminals as shown.






(Indicator)

(a) Connect the positive (+) lead from the battery to terminal 4 and the negative (-) lead to terminal 1.
(b) Push the switch, check that the indicator light lights up.
If operation is not as specified, replace the switch.
















If circuit is not as specified, refer to wiring diagram and inspect the circuits connected to other parts.
