Blower Motor: Service and Repair

BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL
1. Remove glove compartment.







2. Remove the 2 mount nuts and relay block No.6.







3. Disconnect the connectors, remove the 2 screws, and remove the electrical connector bracket.







4. Remove the screw, the clip and the heater to register No.4.







5. Remove the 3 mount nuts and the Electronic Control Unit (ECU) bracket.
6. Disconnect the connectors from the blower unit and the air inlet control servomotor.







7. Remove the bolt, the 2 screws, the nut and the blower unit.
