3-Ground: Approx. 12 Volts with Ignition SW at ON position
9-Ground: Continuity with Light Control SW at Auto position
7-Ground: Continuity with Driver's Door open

HEADLIGHT RELAY
(2)1-(2)2: Closed with Light Control SW at Head position

CL3 LIGHT CONTROL SW [COMB. SW]
15-16: Close with Light Control SW at Auto position
