Blower Motor: Service and Repair

1. Remove instrument panel and reinforcement as outlined in the Dash Panel Service section.
2. Disconnect blower unit electrical connectors.
3. Remove wire harness bracket nut and wire harness bracket, then the connector bracket screw and connector bracket, Fig. 31.

4. Remove blower unit nut and bolts, Fig. 31, then the blower unit.
5. Remove blower motor screws, then the blower motor, Fig. 32 , from blower unit case.

6. Reverse procedure to install.
