To limit internal stress on the moonroof panel, the double shim spacer is no longer used in production.

NOTE:

^ The 4 and 6 stud moonroof panels are completely interchangeable and the part numbers have not been changed.

^ If adding or removing moon roof shims from a 6 stud moon roof panel (vehicles built prior to 11/24/93, VIN # JT8UZ30C-R0038620 & JTLIZ31C-R0018830), Discard stud nuts at forward position of the double shims.




Torque settings for the stud nuts securing the moon roof panel have been revised.
