Speed Sensor, Front




FRONT SPEED SENSOR

REMOVAL

Front Speed Sensor Connector:





1. Disconnect Speed Sensor connector.
(a) Remove the fender liner.
(b) Disconnect the Speed Sensor connector.
2. Remove Speed Sensor.

Front Speed Sensor Removal:





(a) Remove the bolt, flexible hose bracket and Speed Sensor harness clamp.
Torque: 29 Nm (300 kg.cm, 21 ft. lbs.)
(b) Remove the resin clip and clamp bolt holding the sensor harness to the body.
Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kg.cm, 48 inch lbs.)
(c) Remove the Speed Sensor from the Steering Knuckle.
Torque: 7.8 Nm (80 kg.cm, 69 inch lbs.)

INSTALLATION
Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE: After installation, check Speed Sensor signal.
