On-Vehicle inspection

Disconnect the vacuum hose from the throttle opener.

Apply vacuum to the throttle opener.

Disconnect the sensor connector.

Insert a feeler gauge between the throttle stop screw and stop lever.

Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.

Reconnect the
throttle position sensor connector.

Reconnect the throttle opener vacuum hose to the throttle body.
