Rear TWC Replacement

1. REMOVE HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (BANK 1 SENSOR 2)
- Remove the 2 nuts heated oxygen sensor from the front exhaust pipe.





2. REMOVE REAR CATALYTIC CONVERTER (WITH FRONT EXHAUST PIPE)
- Remove the 2 bolts and nuts holding the front exhaust pipe to the center exhaust pipe.
- Remove the 2 bolts and nuts holding the front exhaust pipe to the front catalytic converter, and remove the front exhaust pipe and 2 gaskets.





3. REINSTALL REAR CATALYTIC CONVERTER (WITH FRONT EXHAUST PIPE)
- Install the 2 new gaskets, the front exhaust pipe with the 4 bolts and 4 nuts.

Torque: 43 N.m (440 kgf.cm, 32 ft.lb.)

4. REINSTALL HEATED OXYGEN SENSOR (BANK 1 SENSOR 2)
- Install a new gasket and the heated oxygen sensor to the front exhaust pipe with the 2 nuts.

Torque: 20 N.m (200 kgf.cm, 14 ft.lb.)
