Starter Motor: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and disable airbag system as described under Technician Safety Information.
2. Remove intake chamber and intake as outlined in Engine.
3. Disconnect starter wires, remove starter attaching bolts and starter.
4. Reverse procedure to install, torque starter attaching bolts to 29 ft.lb.
