Door Unlock Detection Switch

DOOR UNLOCK DETECTION SWITCH INSPECTION








1. INSPECT SWITCH CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified. replace the door lock assembly.

HINT: Door unlock detection switch is built into the door lock assembly.

If continuity is as specified, inspect the door lock assembly circuit.

2. INSPECT DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY CIRCUIT








Driver's door:
Disconnect the connector from the driver door ECU and inspect the connector on wire harness side. as shown.
If the circuit is not as specified, replace the wire harness.








Front passenger's door:
Disconnect the connector from the front passenger door ECU and inspect the connector on wire harness side, as shown.
If the circuit is not as specified, replace the wire harness.








Rear Door:
Disconnect the connector from the body ECU and inspect the connector on wire harness side. as shown. ~
If the circuit is not as specified, replace the wire harness.
