Disassembly and Reassembly

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE AIR VENT DUCT
a. Disconnect the control link.
b. Remove the 4 screws and duct.

2. REMOVE AIR MIX SERVOMOTOR
a. Remove the engine coolant temp. sensor harness.
b. Disconnect the control link.
c. Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.

3. REMOVE HEATER RADIATOR
a. Remove the 3 screws and 3 clamps.
b. Pull out the heater radiator.
c. Disconnect the heater radiator pipe from the heater radiator.

4. REMOVE AIR OUTLET SERVOMOTOR Remove the 3 screws and servomotor.
5. REMOVE ASPIRATOR
Remove the screw and aspirator.

6. REMOVE FOOT AIR DUCT
Remove the 2 screws and duct.

7. REMOVE ENGINE COOLANT TEMP SENSOR
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. After pulling off the clamp, pull out the sensor.

REASSEMBLY
Reassembly is in the reverse order of disassembly.
