Oxygen Sensor: Testing and Inspection

INSPECT HEATER RESISTANCE OF HEATED OXYGEN SENSORS
(BANK 1, SENSOR 1, 2)
(a)
Disconnect the sensor connector.
(b)
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between terminals +B and HT.
Resistance: At 20°C (68°F) 11 - 16 ohm If resistance is not as specified, replace the sensor.
(c)
Reconnect the sensor connector.
