Removal





COMPRESSOR REMOVAL

1. RUN ENGINE AT IDLE SPEED WITH A/C ON FOR APPROX. 10 MINUTES
2. STOP THE ENGINE
3. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE (-) TERMINAL CABLE FROM BATTERY
4. DISCHARGE REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM

5. DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE AND SUCTION HOSE FROM COMPRESSOR

NOTE: Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out of the system.

6. REMOVE DRIVE BELT

7. REMOVE COMPRESSOR
(a) Remove engine under cover.
(b) Disconnect the connector from compressor.
(c) Remove harness from the clamp.
(d) Remove the earth wire harness set bolt.
(e) Remove the nut and the 3 bolts.
(f) Remove the bracket and the compressor
