Throttle Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection
INSPECT THROTTLE POSITION SENSOR a.
Disconnect the sensor connector.
b.
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the throttle body.
c.
Apply vacuum to the throttle opener.
d.
Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance between each terminal.
Resistance: e.
Reconnect the vacuum hose to the throttle body.
