Blower Motor Relay: Testing and Inspection

1. REMOVE THESE PARTS:
a. Front door scuff plate LH
b. Cowl side trim LH
c. Lower finish panel
d. Lower LH insert

2. REMOVE HEATER MAIN RELAY




a. Remove the 3 instrument panel junction block set bolts.




b. Remove the heater main relay from relay block No.1.







3. INSPECT HEATER MAIN RELAY CONTINUITY
If continuity is not as specified, replace the relay.

4. INSTALL HEATER MAIN RELAY TO RELAY BLOCK NO.1
5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL JUNCTION BLOCK

6. INSTALL THESE PARTS:
a. Lower LH insert
b. Lower finish panel
c. Cowl side trim LH
d. Front door scuff plate LH
