Evaporator Temperature Sensor / Switch: Testing and Inspection

1. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL
2. REMOVE EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR




a. Pull out the air duct from A/C unit.
b. Remove aspirator set bolt.




c. Disconnect the connector and connector clamp.
d. Using a screwdriver, pull out the sensor.

HINT: Tape the screwdriver tip before use.




e. Release the 2 claws and remove the sensor from bracket plate.

3. INSPECT EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR
4. INSTALL EVAPORATOR TEMPERATURE SENSOR
5. INSTALL INSTRUMENT PANEL
