- *1: Check GPS reception

1. Park the vehicle in an area with nothing overhead at least 50 meters away from any buildings.
2. More than 2 minutes after the ignition switch is turned ON, call the LEXUS Link Center and confirm the vehicle's location is correct.
- If the location is confirmed correctly, turn the ignition switch OFF and wait 30 minutes, and perform (2) again. If the location is confirmed correctly again, it shows that the condition has returned to normal.
- If the location cannot be confirmed, make a call to the LEXUS Link Center at least 5 times every 2 minutes. If the location cannot be confirmed, turn the ignition switch OFF, wait 1 hour and make a call again.
