CLEAR DTC

DTC is erased when the system has returned to normal.

ERASE PREVIOUSLY RECORDED DTC

First cover the automatic light control sensor with opaque cloth. Then, turn the headlamp switch ON and OFF repeatedly 5 times within 15 seconds while pressing either VOLUME- button and check that the LED on the telephone switch (Mayday switch) dims in response to the lighting of the headlamps. This allows the system to erase the DTCs previously recorded.
