SUPPLEMENTAL RESTRAINT SYSTEM DTC CHECK (USING HAND-HELD TESTER)

Check the DTCs.

1. Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Check the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen.

FRONT PASSENGER OCCUPANT CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM DTC CHECK (USING HAND-HELD TESTER)

HINT:
- When the DTC B1150/23 is detected as a result of troubleshooting for the supplemental restraint system, perform troubleshooting for the front passenger occupant classification system.
- Since the DTCs for the front passenger occupant classification system can only be output by the hand-held tester, use the hand-held tester to output the DTCs.

Check the DTCs.

1. Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.
2. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
3. Check the DTCs by following the prompts on the tester screen.
