Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters
TERMINALS OF ECUTerminals Of ECU:
1. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH ASSY (DRIVER DOOR ECU)
a. Disconnect the P22 switch connector.
Pinouts:
b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
Pinouts:
c. Reconnect the switch connector and check the voltage of each terminal of the connector.
HINT: Use an oscilloscope to check the output voltages of terminal LSW.
If the result is not as specified, the switch (door ECU) may have a malfunction.
Terminals Of ECU:
2. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL J/B ASSY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)
a. Disconnect the 1A, 1D, 1F, 1J, 1M, 1O J/B, B5 and B6 ECU connectors.
Pinouts:
b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connectors.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
Pinouts:
c. Reconnect the J/B and ECU connectors and check the voltage of each terminal of the connectors.
If the result is not as specified, the J/B (body ECU) may have a malfunction.
Terminals Of ECU:
3. w/ Power back door:
CHECK POWER BACK DOOR ECU
a. Disconnect the P13 and P14 ECU connectors.
Pinouts:
b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connectors.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
Pinouts Part 1:
Pinouts Part 2:
c. Reconnect the ECU connectors and check the voltage of each terminal of the connectors.
If the result is not as specified, the ECU may have a malfunction.
