Removal and Replacement
BACK DOOR STAY ASSEMBLY LHREPLACEMENT
HINT: Use the same procedures on the RH side as on the LH side.
1. REMOVE BACK DOOR DAMPER STAY BRACKET UPPER LH
a. Remove the 2 bolts and bracket upper from the vehicle body.
2. REMOVE BACK DOOR STAY BRACKET LOWER
a. Remove the 2 bolts and bracket upper from the door panel.
3. INSTALL BACK DOOR STAY BRACKET LOWER
a. Install the stay bracket with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf)
4. INSTALL BACK DOOR DAMPER STAY BRACKET UPPER LH
a. Install the damper stay bracket upper with the 2 bolts.
Torque: 8.0 Nm (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf)
