Headlamp Alignment Sensor: Service and Repair

HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR RH

REPLACEMENT







1. REMOVE HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR RH
a. Disconnect the connector.
b. Remove the nut and the disconnect the height control sensor link.




c. 2WD:
Remove the 2 nuts and the height control sensor sub-assembly rear RH.




d. 4WD:
Remove the 2 bolts and the height control sensor sub-assembly rear RH.




2. INSTALL HEIGHT CONTROL SENSOR SUB-ASSEMBLY REAR RH

a. 2WD:
Install the height control sensor sub-assembly rear RH with the 2 nuts.




b. 4WD:
Install the height control sensor sub-assembly rear RH with the 2 bolts.







c. Install the height control sensor link with the nut.

Torque: 5.4 Nm (55 kgf.cm, 48 in.lbf)

d. Connect the connector.
