Pinout Values and Diagnostic Parameters

TERMINALS OF ECU

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:

1. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR MASTER SWITCH (DRIVER DOOR ECU)
a. Disconnect the P22 switch connector.

b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
c. Reconnect the P22 switch connector and reset the power window motor (Refer to the pre check, step 16).

d. Check the voltage of each terminal of the connector.
If the result is not as specified, the master switch (door ECU) may have a malfunction.

2. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH (PASSENGER DOOR ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:

a. Disconnect the P19 switch connector.

b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
c. Reconnect the P19 switch connector and reset the power window motor (Refer to the pre check, step 16).

d. Check the voltage of each terminal of the connector.
If the result is not as specified, the regulator switch (door ECU) may have a malfunction.

3. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH (REAR LH DOOR ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:

a. Disconnect the P20 switch connector.

b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.

c. Reconnect the P20 switch connector and reset the power window motor (Refer to the pre check, step 16).

d. Check the voltage of each terminal of the connector.
If the result is not as specified, the regulator switch (door ECU) may have a malfunction.

4. CHECK POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH (REAR RH DOOR ECU)

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:

a. Disconnect the P21 switch connector.

b. Check the voltage and resistance of each terminal of the wire harness side connector.
c. Reconnect the P21 switch connector and reset the power window motor (Refer to the pre check, step 16).

d. Check the voltage of each terminal of the connector.
If the result is not as specified, the regulator switch (door ECU) may have a malfunction.

Terminals Of Control Module/Pinouts:

5. CHECK INSTRUMENT PANEL J/B ASSEMBLY (MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY ECU)
a. Disconnect the B4, B5 and B6 ECU connectors.
b. Disconnect the 1A, 1D, 1F and 1M J/B connectors.

c. Check the voltage and resistance between each terminal of the wire harness side connectors and body ground.
If the result is not as specified, there may be a malfunction on the wire harness side.
d. Reconnect the B4, B5 and B6 ECU connectors.
e. Reconnect the 1A, 1D, 1F and 1M J/B connectors.

f. Check the voltage between each terminal of the connector and the body ground.
If the result is not as specified, the J/B assembly (body ECU) may have a malfunction.
