RAIN SENSOR CIRCUIT

CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
This circuit provides power to operate the rain sensor. The auto wiper system is operated when the wiper switch is in the auto position.

The rain sensor is connected to each ECU at the multiplex communication circuit.

When it detects rain drops that are on the detection area of the windshield gloss, it sends the wiper control signal, according to the amount of rain drops, to the windshield wiper relay assy.

When the rain sensor malfunctions, DTC of multiplex communication systems can be seen at the same time.
