Rear Circuit Breaker Sensor

REMOVAL

1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM BATTERY NEGATIVE TERMINAL
2. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
3. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
4. REMOVE REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
5. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
6. REMOVE DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2
8. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
9. REMOVE DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
10. REMOVE REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR
a. Remove the rear circuit breaker sensor (LH).




1. Move the outer section to the wire harness side as illustrated, then disconnect the rear circuit breaker sensor (LH).




2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear circuit breaker sensor (LH).

b. Remove the rear circuit breaker sensor (RH).




1. Move the outer section to the wire harness side as illustrated, then disconnect the rear circuit breaker sensor (RH).




2. Remove the 2 bolts and rear circuit breaker sensor (RH).

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL REAR CIRCUIT BREAKER SENSOR




a. Install the rear circuit breaker sensor (RH).

1. Install the circuit breaker sensor (RH) with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf)




2. Connect the connector to the rear circuit breaker sensor (RH).

b. Install the rear circuit breaker sensor (LH).




1. Install the rear circuit breaker sensor (LH) with the 2 bolts.

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf.cm, 71 in.lbf)




2. Connect the connector to the rear circuit breaker sensor (LH).

2. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX RH
3. INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM BOX LH
4. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.2
5. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.3
6. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX FRONT
7. INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
8. INSTALL DECK FLOOR BOX REAR
9. INSTALL DECK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY
10. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL
11. PERFORM INITIALIZATION
Some system need initialization when reconnecting the battery cable.
