SYSTEM DESCRIPTION




1. FRONT WIPER SYSTEM
a. The front wiper system receives wiper operation signals from the combination switch, and the passenger side J/B ECU operates the wiper motor.
b. When the wiper motor is operating intermittently based on signals from the combination switch, the passenger side J/B ECU adjusts intermittent interval depending on the following:
1. vehicle speed, brake signals, etc., and
2. vehicle driving/stopping conditions.




2. FRONT WASHER SYSTEM
a. The front washer system receives wiper operation signals from the combination switch, and the front lamp ECU operates the washer motor. The system has the following function.

3. HEADLAMP CLEANER SYSTEM
a. The headlamp cleaner system operates when the headlamps are illuminated and the headlamp cleaner switch is ON. It also operates when the headlamps are illuminated and the front wiper washer system is operating. It does not, however, operate when the daytime driving lamp system is operating.
