Variable Induction Control Valve: Service and Repair

Vacuum Switching Valve:






REMOVAL

1. REMOVE COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
2. REMOVE ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
3. REMOVE VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE




a. Remove the 2 vacuum hoses and vacuum switching valve connector.




b. Remove the screw and vacuum switching valve.

INSTALLATION

1. INSTALL VACUUM SWITCHING VALVE




a. Install the vacuum switching valve with the screw.




b. Install the 2 vacuum hoses and vacuum switching valve connector.

2. INSTALL ENGINE ROOM SIDE COVER LH
3. INSTALL COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT SEAL
