Blower Unit

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Detach the claw and remove the lever.




b. Remove the 2 screws and damper servo.

2. REMOVE CLEAN AIR FILTER




a. Detach the 2 claws and remove the air filter.

HINT: Be sure to turn the engine switch on (IG) and set the A/C to RECIRCULATION mode before removing the air filter.

3. REMOVE COOLING UNIT WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 3 screws and fan motor.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL COOLING UNIT WITH FAN MOTOR SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Install the fan motor with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL CLEAN AIR FILTER




a. Attach the 2 claws to install the air filter.

3. INSTALL DAMPER SERVO SUB-ASSEMBLY




a. Install the damper servo with the 2 screws.




b. Attach the claw and install the lever.
