Air Conditioning Control Assembly (W/ Rear Cooler)

DISASSEMBLY

1. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH KNOB
2. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO. 1
3. REMOVE HEATER CONTROL HOUSING




a. Remove the 2 screws.




b. Remove the 3 screws and the heater control housing.

4. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB




a. Remove the air conditioning control bulb.

5. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY




a. Remove the 3 screws and the integration control and panel assembly.

REASSEMBLY

1. INSTALL INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY




a. Install the integration control and panel assembly with the 3 screws.

2. INSTALL AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL BULB




a. Install the air conditioning control bulb.

3. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL HOUSING




a. Install the heater control housing with the 3 screws.




b. Install the 2 screws.

4. INSTALL HEATER CONTROL NAME SHEET NO. 1
5. INSTALL COOLER CONTROL SWITCH KNOB
