Tire Pressure Module: Service and Repair

TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU

COMPONENTS:





REMOVAL
1. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

HINT: Refer to the instructions for removal of the radio receiver assembly.

2. REMOVE TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU AND RECEIVER
(a) Disconnect the connector.





(b) Remove the bolt and the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver.

INSTALLATION





1. INSTALL TIRE PRESSURE WARNING ECU AND RECEIVER
(a) Install the tire pressure warning ECU and receiver with the bolt.
Torque: 4.5 N*m (46 kgf*cm, 40 in.*lbf)
(b) Connect the connector.
2. INSTALL RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

HINT: Refer to the instructions for installation of the radio receiver assembly.

3. REGISTER OF TRANSMITTER ID
SST 09843-18040
4. INSPECT TIRE PRESSURE WARNING SYSTEM
