Fuel Pressure Sensor: Testing and Inspection

INSPECTION

1. INSPECT FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR




a. Check the fuel pressure sensor output voltage.
1. Apply 5 V between terminals 3 (VC) and 1 (E2).

2. Measure the voltage between terminals 2 (PR) and 1 (E2).

Standard voltage: Approximately 0.5 V

HINT: The voltage is output when pressure is not applied (0 kPa (0 kgf.sq.cm)) to the sensor.
